Responsible for performing manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging activities in accordance with production schedules, work instructions, quality standards, and company policies. The operator may be assigned or rotated to different production processes based on operational requirements and shall perform assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining product quality, workplace safety, and productivity.

1) Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations

· Perform assigned production activities according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality requirements.

· Operate production machines, equipment, and hand tools safely and effectively.

· Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality and efficiency.

· Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications and customer requirements.

· Follow production schedules and instructions provided by the Production Leader or Supervisor.

· Support line balancing and manpower deployment by performing duties across different production processes as assigned.

The operator shall be willing to learn, perform, and maintain competency in multiple production processes through cross-training.

· Comply with all company safety rules, regulations, and safe work practices.

· Wear and properly use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

· Maintain cleanliness and workplace organization in accordance with 5S principles.

· Report unsafe conditions, accidents, near misses, or equipment abnormalities immediately.

Equipment & Materials

· Handle raw materials, components, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods with care.

· Operate machines and production equipment according to established procedures.

· Report equipment malfunctions, damaged tools, or material shortages to the Production Leader.

· Assist in routine cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment as instructed.

Documentation

· Accurately record production output, inspection results, and other required production records.

· Ensure production documentation is completed correctly and submitted on time.

· Report production issues, downtime, or abnormalities promptly.

2) Requirements:

· Ability to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality requirements.

· Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

· Able to operate production equipment after receiving training.

· Willingness to learn multiple production processes through cross-training.

·Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Physically fit to perform production duties and stand for extended periods.

3) Qualifications:

· Minimum SPM or equivalent.

· Technical Certificate or Vocational qualification in Electronics & Electrical is an added advantage.

· Fresh graduates and candidates without manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

· Previous experience in electronics, electrical, or manufacturing industries is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
