Mon–Thu 7:15am–4:30pm; Fri 7:15am–4:00pm

Mon–Thu 8:15am–5:30pm; Fri 8:15am–5:00pm

Key Roles

Support HOD/ICT in managing school-based initiatives

Provide ICT technical support and assistance

Support, research, and recommend ICT/AV resources for procurement

Manage user accounts for administrative portals (Apple School Manager, MDM, Google Workspace, MS 365, Adobe)

Man support ICT helpdesk requests (password resets, device loans, troubleshooting, app installation)

Diagnose computing and AV device issues

Support stock-taking of ICT assets

Manage equipment loans and insurance claims during warranty

Manage periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment

Perform recordings for events, lessons, and competitions

Set up/support AV for events, assemblies, and meetings

Take charge of video production for school-based initiatives

Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

Preferably

Diploma in IT or equivalent

Good communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude

At least

2 years' relevant working experience
