We are looking for a Senior Performance Media Specialist to manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok. Beyond campaign execution, this role requires someone who can confidently manage client relationships, communicate performance clearly and take ownership of campaign outcomes.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are well-planned, accurately executed and continuously optimised. You should be comfortable working with data, challenging assumptions when needed and turning performance insights into clear recommendations and next steps.

• Manage the end-to-end execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Plan campaign setup, budgets, targeting, pacing and optimisation based on campaign objectives and performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify issues, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Analyse campaign data and translate performance into clear insights, recommendations and next steps for clients.
• Prepare and present performance reports, ensuring data and key metrics are accurate and easy to understand.
• Manage client communication and expectations, including handling questions, pushback, difficult conversations and changing requirements professionally.
• Proactively flag potential issues, risks and performance gaps rather than waiting for problems to escalate.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign requirements, timelines and deliverables are aligned and delivered accurately.
• Maintain strong attention to detail when checking campaign budgets, pacing, tracking, targeting and reporting.
• Stay up to date with platform developments, paid media trends and best practices to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

• Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, preferably within an agency environment.
• Client Management: Proven experience managing clients and handling difficult conversations, pushback and challenging expectations with confidence and professionalism.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain media performance and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Analytical: Comfortable interpreting campaign data and turning findings into practical insights and actions.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with budgets, campaign setup, pacing, tracking and reporting, with a habit of double-checking work before launch or submission.
• Ownership: Proactive in managing expectations, identifying risks and addressing potential issues before they become problems.
• Technical: Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimisation and performance reporting across major paid media platforms.
• Bonus: Experience managing multiple clients, lead generation campaigns and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Sheets, Looker Studio or Supermetrics.
