The role

Join our Singapore creative team to shape brand identities, packaging systems and innovation projects for consumer and corporate clients. You will take ownership of design workstreams, working closely with strategists, client teams and other creatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead original, insight-driven concepts for brand identity, packaging and innovation.
• Translate brand strategy into distinctive visual ideas, scalable systems and compelling brand worlds.
• Maintain exceptional craft in typography, layout, colour and storytelling from concept through execution.
• Present and explain creative decisions persuasively; coordinate with strategy and client teams across projects.
• Manage priorities, mentor junior designers and bring cultural awareness, emerging creative practices and relevant AI tools into the team.

Your profile

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field; based in Singapore.
• Extensive experience in consumer packaging design
• Extensive experience in corporate branding (not advertising)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a similar branding agency

• Strong visual craft and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects; good typography knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
• Creative leadership, strategic thinking, ownership, collaboration and ability to mentor others.
