Salary: Up to $3000+VB
Location: Macpherson
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm),Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)

Key Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, utility and general building systems, including AHU and switch rooms.
• Oversee contractors during servicing, repair and renovation works to ensure tasks are completed properly and according to requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance.
