To be successful, you will have

• Strong expertise in performance marketing channels such as paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and programmatic or display advertising.
• Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools, including Google Analytics or similar platforms, with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and translate insights into clear actions.
• Experience in campaign strategy and optimisation, including audience segmentation, bid and budget management, conversion rate optimisation, and A/B or multivariate testing.
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnel strategies, attribution models, tracking methodologies (pixels, tags), and marketing automation concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex performance data to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines, demonstrating structured planning, attention to detail, and ownership of results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a performance marketing role.
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital environment and with international or regional clients is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or subscription-based business models, and knowledge of SEO, CRM, or growth marketing is considered beneficial.

The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include setting campaign objectives, managing budgets and bids, building and optimising paid media campaigns, monitoring performance dashboards, and running A/B tests to improve results. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with creatives, product and uiux teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and deliver strong ROI. The role also involves preparing reports, presenting insights and recommendations, and staying up to date with platform updates, market trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
