Position : Digital Marketing Executive

Salary : RM 3,300 – RM 3,700

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Working hours : 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and driving lead generation through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility
• Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Develop and optimise CRM journeys and lead management strategies to improve conversion rates
• Monitor digital marketing trends, audience behaviour, and market opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels
• Support lead generation activities and marketing automation initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred
• Familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising tools and campaign management
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights from marketing reports
• Basic design skills using Canva; familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Team player with good work ethics and positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
