Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain research infrastructure and production-grade data pipelines;

• Research and develop alpha signals in equity markets, with market, fundamental, alternative, and unstructured data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master's in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred;

• Strong programming skills;

• At least 3 years' experience with systematic/quantitative equity research;

• Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate research clearly;

• Applied AI / machine learning experience relevant to systematic trading is highly preferred.
