Align Plus is a premier office automation provider in Singapore specializing in multi-functional printers (MFPs) and photocopiers. As our service fleet expands, we are seeking experienced technical specialists to join our Ubi team.

Choose Your Preferred Working Style:

• Indoor Technician ($2,000 – $3,200): Fully workshop-based at Ubi. Dedicated to bench testing, deep-component troubleshooting, and machine refurbishment. No vehicle required.
• Outdoor Service Technician ($2,400 – $3,600 + Transport Allowance): Office-based with field dispatch to client sites across Singapore for urgent breakdown repairs and maintenance. (Requires Class 2/3 license with personal motorcycle, car, or van).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic repairs, dismantling, and overhauls on Konica Minolta & major MFP systems.
• Replace critical assemblies (fuser units, drums, transfer belts, rollers).
• Refurbish and test trade-in/rental units prior to deployment.
• Configure network setups (IP networking, Print Drivers, Scan-to-Email, Scan-to-Folder).
• (Outdoor Only) Deliver prompt on-site technical service and end-user guidance.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience servicing photocopiers/MFPs (Konica Minolta expertise strongly preferred).
• Solid mechanical, electronic, and basic IT networking skills (TCP/IP, Windows/Mac).
• (Outdoor Role) Valid Class 2/3 license with personal vehicle.
