Job Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders, cakes, food products and other company items safely and punctually to customers and event locations.

• Ensure all items are properly packed, secured and handled with care during transportation.

• Perform daily collection and delivery assignments according to the scheduled routes.

• Assist with loading, unloading and transferring products between company premises and delivery locations.

• Verify delivery orders and obtain proof of delivery when required.

• Maintain proper food hygiene and handling standards throughout the delivery process.

• Communicate promptly with the Operations team regarding delivery status, delays or issues.

• Conduct basic motorcycle safety checks and report maintenance concerns.

• Assist with delivery preparation and other related operational duties when required.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B, 2A or 2 motorcycle licence.

• Familiar with Singapore roads and GPS navigation applications.

• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Able to handle delivery items and perform loading and unloading duties safely.

• Previous delivery experience is preferred but not compulsory.

• Able to work a 6-day roster, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
