岗位职责

Start as an analyst. Grow into a financial crime specialist.

Financial crime is changing, creating demand for people who can spot suspicious activity, investigate risk and protect customers.

FDM’s Risk, Regulation & Compliance Graduate Programme gives you the training and experience to enter this field. You will start with up to 12 weeks of full-time training in the FDM Skills Lab before joining a client project with a leading global organisation.

Your first role could be in transaction monitoring, customer due diligence or anti-money laundering. As your experience grows, you can move into financial crime investigations, risk management, governance, regulatory change or team leadership.

Start dates: rolling intake. Apply now.

Your first 12 weeks

You will build practical knowledge of how organisations prevent financial crime and meet regulatory requirements. Your training could cover:

  • KYC and customer due diligence
  • Anti-money laundering controls
  • Transaction monitoring and sanctions screening
  • Customer onboarding and lifecycle management
  • Operational risk and internal controls
  • Data analysis and regulatory reporting
  • Business analysis and process improvement

You will also learn how to communicate with clients, manage priorities and work effectively within project teams.

Roles you could move into

  • KYC/AML Analyst: review customer information, complete due diligence checks and escalate higher-risk cases.
  • Risk Analyst: assess financial and operational risks to help teams make informed decisions.
  • Operations Analyst: review processes, identify gaps and help teams improve performance.
  • Governance Analyst: monitor controls and support compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Where it leads: build your foundations as an analyst, develop specialist expertise and progress into investigations, risk management, governance, regulatory change or team leadership.
