岗位职责
Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.
Attend to walk-in customers on queries, purchases, or any assistance needed
Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
Maintain and provide excellent customer service at all times, interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right product and service.
Carry out daily cleaning and ensure products are well merchandised
Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas according to myFirst marketing strategies.
Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
