About the role
To control the financial operations of the organization at all levels.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and submit monthly group financial statements, budgets, cash flow projections, and KPIs to the BOD
Assist the BOD in developing business growth strategies, managing capital structure, and integrating corporate financial goals across company operations
Monitor performance against annual budgets and oversee business and financial risk management functions
Oversee bank accounts, working capital, cash flow, banking facilities, GST, and annual audit coordination
Oversee project financial tracking alongside Quantity Surveyors (QS) and project teams, including job costing, claim reconciliations, retention collections, and project revenue tracking
Supervise, guide and review the work of accounts staff
About you
Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance
8+ years of full-sets accounting experience with supervisory background
Prior experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or Renovation is preferred
Hands-on proficiency in Synergix ERP (or similar construction ERP) and Microsoft Excel
We are a group with diversified interests in furniture manufacturing, interiors contract business, property development & investment in Singapore, China and Malaysia.
