What The Role Is

The job holder will support the establishment of Business Continuity Planning for the Ministry as well as office administration and event support.

What You Will Be Working On

The job holder will:

• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, for all BCP matters
• Manage project timelines for the BCP refresh initiative
• Coordinate and facilitate necessary meetings, training sessions, and exercises to:
• Identify current gaps
• Define critical business functions
• Map dependencies
• Establish recovery time objectives
• Collaborate with external vendors to develop and finalise business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical functions
• Liaise with and work with respective stakeholders in user engagement sessions to gather office requirements and manage the change management process, as well as undertake necessary preparatory work for upcoming office renovation such as relocation plans.
• Manage newly acquired office spaces and coordinate with vendors to support and ensure basic office provisions and amenities are available
• Provide support for departmental and other workplace experience events and initiatives
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in Business continuity management or planning is advantageous
• Strong project management and budgeting capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
