Job Responsibilities
Perform
incoming inspection, quality analysis and First Article Inspection (FAI)
on raw materials and components according to specifications, procedures and control drawings.
Maintain
QA inspection equipment, calibration records, documentation and laboratory operations
to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance.
Support
quality audits, supplier/internal inspections, final product approvals and validation activities
, while applying quality tools and methodologies to maintain product standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum
ITE or Diploma qualification
, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum
1–2 years of relevant experience
in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing environments.
Able to
read and interpret basic CAD drawings, technical drawings and product specifications
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and familiar with quality documentation, inspection records and reporting.
Knowledge of
quality tools and techniques
such as SPC, Gauge R&R, Six Sigma, ANOVA or Taguchi methods will be an advantage.
