Job Description

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site maintenance.
• Ensure all team members are on schedule and tasks are delegated appropriately.
• Serve as a liaison with clients and vendors, addressing concerns, managing service providers, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, programs, or special projects at the site, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and resources at the site, ensuring everything is adequately stocked.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in project management and architectural trades
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or a similar role.
