What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and present architectural design concepts and proposals
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design briefs
• Develop concept and detailed designs in collaboration with consultants and contractors
• Prepare working drawings, plans, models, and 3D renderings using CAD and design software
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate project activities at all stages of development

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
• 3–6 years of relevant working experience is an advantage
• Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and other related softwares
• Strong project management and organisational skills
