Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth and Expansion

   • Find new opportunities to grow and expand the provision store business.

   • Identify new products that are in demand among Indian customers.

   • Explore opportunities to open new outlets or expand the existing business.

   • Study competitors and market trends to improve the store's business performance.

2. Supplier and Product Management

   • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and wholesalers.

   • Negotiate better prices and payment terms when purchasing goods.

   • Source Indian groceries, spices, rice, flour, snacks, frozen foods, and other daily essentials at competitive prices.

   • Ensure products are available on time and at reasonable costs.

3. Sales and Marketing

   • Develop ideas and promotions to attract more customers and increase sales.

   • Introduce new products based on customer needs and market demand.

   • Plan discounts and special offers during festive seasons such as Deepavali, Pongal, and other Indian celebrations.

   • Build relationships with regular customers and nearby businesses to increase sales.
     

     
     ob Requirements

     • Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.

     • Experience in business development, sales, retail, or the grocery industry is an advantage.

     • Good communication, negotiation, and planning skills.

     • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop good supplier relationships.

     • Basic knowledge of sales, stock management, and business costs.
