Job Scope and Measurable Management Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain efficient service.

Manage kitchen and service teams, ensuring staff productivity, attendance, and performance meet company standards.

Monitor monthly revenue, food costs, labour costs, and operating expenses to achieve budgeted profitability.

Maintain food cost and inventory controls, conduct monthly stock takes, and minimise wastage.

Develop staff training plans and conduct regular performance reviews to improve productivity and service quality.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to maintain customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.

Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety, hygiene, employment, and workplace safety regulations.

Prepare monthly operational reports covering sales performance, expenses, staffing, inventory, and business results.

Implement sales and promotional strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and business growth.

Establish and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, cost control, service standards, and staff performance.

Recommended measurable KPIs for management reporting:
Sales: Achieve monthly revenue targets set by management.

Cost control: Maintain food and labour costs within approved budgets.

Inventory: Conduct monthly stock takes and investigate stock variances.
