Role Description The Production Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pioneer. This role supports daily production activities, including preparing materials, operating basic equipment under supervision, and assisting with assembly, packaging, and labeling of plastic parts. The Production Assistant helps maintain a clean and organized work area, follows safety and quality procedures, and records production data as needed. The role also involves coordinating with supervisors and team members to ensure orders are completed on time, responding to internal customer requests, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in the production process.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide effective production assistance, including material handling, basic equipment operation, and support for assembly tasks.
• Skills in quality control, with attention to detail for inspecting parts, following ISO-based procedures, and documenting results.
• Customer service and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues, respond to internal and external requests, and support a positive work environment.
• Basic editing and documentation skills to update records, production logs, and work instructions accurately.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet production schedules.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and manufacturing best practices in an on-site industrial setting.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production support is beneficial; experience in plastics or medical/semiconductor/aerospace environments is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in manufacturing or quality is an advantage.
