About the Role 
As a Roadshow Ambassador, you'll be the face of Longbridge on the ground. You'll engage visitors at our booth, introduce them to the Longbridge app, and guide them through getting started, from downloading the app to opening and funding their account. This is a non-licensed support role. You will not perform any regulated activities or provide financial advice.

What You'll Do 

1. Greet and engage roadshow visitors, answer general enquiries, and keep the booth lively and welcoming 
2. Guide visitors step-by-step through app download, registration, and identity verification 
3. Assist new clients with the initial in-app funding process (procedural guidance only; no handling of funds) 
4. Support daily booth setup and teardown, distribute promotional materials and gifts, and help with event logistics
   

What We're Looking For

1. Current university student, or candidate with solid experience in roadshows or promotional events
2. Finance, business, or marketing background preferred
3. Confident, friendly, and presentable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Interest in investing, securities, or fintech, and eagerness to learn our product quickly
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
