1. Overall Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving testing processes, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Failure Analysis (FA), and production equipment to ensure product quality, equipment reliability, production efficiency, and smooth manufacturing operations.

2. Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, testing, MES, failure analysis, or equipment maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, troubleshooting techniques, and engineering principles.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and support production operations when required.

3. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Test Engineering

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot product testing programs, test systems, and test fixtures.
• Analyze test results and resolve testing failures to improve yield and product quality.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and test process qualification.

2. MES Engineering

• Maintain and support the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and related production systems.
• Troubleshoot MES issues, system errors, and production data collection problems.
• Ensure accurate production tracking, traceability, and system integration.

3. Failure Analysis (FA) Engineering

• Conduct failure analysis on defective products and identify root causes.
• Perform troubleshooting, data analysis, and corrective/preventive action investigations.
• Prepare failure analysis reports and work with relevant departments to prevent recurrence.

4. Equipment Engineering

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and testing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment performance monitoring.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, calibration, and process improvement activities.

5. General Engineering Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production and resolve engineering-related issues.
• Analyze process performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare engineering reports, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, IT, and other relevant departments to achieve operational targets.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
