TECHNICIAN

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technician to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in air-conditioning and electrical works.
• Experience in building maintenance and general repair works.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to carry out maintenance and repair tasks independently.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work well with others.
• Relevant technical qualification/certification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Attend to air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance works.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults promptly.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks independently and within the required timeframe.
• Assist with other technical and maintenance duties as assigned.

Salary: Commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
