about the job

• Lead the conceptualization, detailed design, and rigorous checking of mechanical systems across various projects
• Conduct comprehensive engineering analysis, provide technical expertise, and develop innovative solutions to address complex project challenges
• Ensure all mechanical designs and project executions strictly adhere to local codes, statutory regulations, and authority requirements
• Oversee comprehensive project management, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth completion of projects within scope, budget, and time constraints
• Drive the financial management of projects, handle contract administration, and prepare, review, and evaluate tender documents and technical specifications
• Manage the overall design process while tightly coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, and external consultants

requirement

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (qualifications recognized by the Professional Engineers Board)
• Min 4 year of experience in Mechancial Design as a consultancy for construction building project
• QP/PE qualified will be consider for senior role
• Industrial building or commercial building experience will be a plus
• Highly conversant with local regulatory codes and authority submission requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF, NEA)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM / Revit software is an added advantage
