Hiring: Senior Sales Manager, KL/Hybrid (Financial Services)

Base : RM15k- RM22k + OTE

We are looking for a well-connected financial services professional (individual contributor) who possesses a deep, active network of C-suite and decision-maker contacts within Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), large local corporates, Multinational Corporations (MNCs), and Public Listed Companies (PLCs) in Malaysia.

Your primary mandate is to open doors, initiate high-level dialogues with CFOs and Group Treasurers, and position company as a strategic risk partner. Once the opportunity is qualified, you will collaborate with our in-house technical sales and underwriting specialists who will design and pitch the tailored risk solutions to close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing professional network and personal contacts within GLCs, MNCs, PLCs, and large corporates to originate net-new business opportunities.

C-Suite Relationship Management: Initiate and nurture high-level relationships with executive decision-makers (CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, Treasurers, and Finance Directors).

Deal Generation & Qualification: Uncover complex corporate pain points related to supply chain stability, accounts receivable risk, and trade finance needs, qualifying high-value leads for the pipeline.

Internal Collaboration: Act as the strategic relationship bridge between the corporate client and the technical sales team. Coordinate with internal product champions and underwriters who will execute the technical pitches and structure the policy solutions.

Market Origination Strategy: Develop and execute an origination plan targeting high-growth corporate sectors across Malaysia.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of proven business development or relationship management experience within Financial Services (e.g., Corporate/Commercial Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, Leasing, Corporate Risk Advisory, or Large Brokerages).

The Network (Mandatory): A strong, verifiable, and active Rolodex of corporate contacts (CFO, Treasurer, or Finance Director level) within GLCs, PLCs, and MNCs across Malaysia.
