Job Responsibilities:

• Perform outgoing inspection on finished goods before shipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections according to inspection plans, specifications, and work instructions.
• Verify product appearance, labeling, packaging, and quantity before release for delivery.
• Identify, record, and report non-conforming products to the relevant departments for corrective action.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and related documentation.
• Ensure all inspection equipment and measuring instruments are properly used and maintained.
• Support investigations on customer complaints related to product quality.
• Work closely with Production, QA, QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure product quality and timely shipment.
• Follow company quality procedures, safety regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and inspection processes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methods.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, and other inspection tools.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and documentation.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Location: Oriental Fastech Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
