About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on specialist to support our live streaming activities and Shopify store operations. In this dual-function role, you'll keep our live sessions running smoothly while supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website.

Key Responsibilities

Live Streaming (approx. 50%)

• Set up and manage live sessions using Zoom and OBS Studio, including scene switching
• Set up and control overlays, slides, product visuals and call-to-action elements
• Manage camera, microphone, audio and video settings
• Ensure broadcasts run smoothly and professionally, troubleshooting technical issues in real time

Shopify & E-Commerce Operations (approx. 50%)

• Create and update product listings on Shopify
• Set up promotions, discounts and campaign mechanics
• Update storefront banners, collections and website content
• Ensure product information, pricing and promotions are accurate
• Support order processing and daily store operations
• Perform basic website checks and troubleshoot operational issues
• Coordinate e-commerce updates according to campaign and promotional schedules

Tools: OBS Studio, Zoom, Shopify, and AI tools for content and operational support

What We're Looking For

Must have: Hands-on experience running live streams with OBS Studio

Also important

• Experience managing or operating a Shopify store
• Comfort handling technical issues during live sessions
• Ability to stay calm and respond quickly under pressure
• Detail-oriented, responsible and reliable, with good problem-solving skills
• Fast learner who is comfortable using AI tools
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
