• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for site-based and head-office employees, including timecard verification, overtime, shift allowances, and project-related pay elements.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary payments in compliance with company policies.
• Manage statutory contributions and filings, including PF, ESI, WPS, PT, Gratuity, and Labour Welfare Fund.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations, audits, and preparation of detailed monthly payroll reports.
• Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to validate attendance records, manpower deployment, and labour utilization reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related employee queries and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate with site HR teams, project managers, and contractors to support smooth HR operations.
• Track labour movement, absenteeism, and attrition trends across sites and prepare management reports.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably within construction or infrastructure environments will be added advantages.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Preferably experience with large site-based workforces, contractors, and attendance management systems will be added advantages.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
