Salesforce Education Cloud Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Developer with at least 3years of experience in Salesforce development and customisation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, developing solutions to support student lifecycle management, admissions, recruitment, student engagement, and institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities

*Design, develop, customise, and maintain solutions using Salesforce EducationCloud.

*Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements.

*Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

*Implement and support education-related processes, including student recruitment, admissions, enrolment, student success, and engagement.

*Configure Education Cloud data models and integrate Salesforce with external applications and institutional systems.

*Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

*Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.

*Support data migration, system integration, deployment, and release management activities.

*Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.

*Provide ongoing production support and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

*Minimum *3+ years of experience in Salesforce development*.

*Hands-on experience with *Salesforce Education Cloud*.

*Strong knowledge of *Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SalesforceFlows*.

*Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

*Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

*Experience with data migration, testing, debugging, and deployment tools.

*Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and change sets or CI/CD pipelines.

*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

*Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent.

*Salesforce Administrator or Education Cloud-related certification.

*Experience implementing student lifecycle management and higher education CRM solutions.

*Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
