Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Lead the regional cargo team to exceed business targets by designing and executing high-impact sales, marketing, and yield-management strategies.

• Market Adaptability & Revenue Mix: Analyze market dynamics and competitive trends to engineer forward-looking commercial strategies that secure a sustainable, long-term revenue mix.

• Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong commercial relationships with key shippers, freight forwarders, trade associations, and industry partners across all executive levels.

• Financial Risk & Credit Management: Oversee credit risk management and local financial compliance in accordance with internal corporate guidelines and local financial standards.

• Commercial Intelligence: Analyze market data and local intelligence to deliver actionable insights on market shifts and competitive activity to HQ stakeholders.

• Operations, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory standards mandated by corporate policies and aviation authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a proven track record of senior-level management.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the air cargo industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• In-depth knowledge of global and regional air cargo markets, supported by exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all management tiers.
• Advanced proficiency in data sourcing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
