Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily Account Receivable (AR) operations, including invoicing, payment allocation and customer account maintenance.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes and customer statements.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and perform regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
• Manage overdue accounts and assist in credit control activities to minimize outstanding debts.
• Maintain and update the Account Receivable Aging Report.
• Record customer payments accurately and ensure proper allocation in the accounting system.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and assist with bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with customers regarding billing discrepancies, payment status and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Finance departments to resolve payment and invoicing issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts and payment records.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of AR reports.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
