• Receive incoming materials and components, and check them against purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for quantity, type, and condition.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor and procurement promptly.
• Store items in the correct locations and label them properly, following FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Issue materials to production or requesters based on approved requisition forms.
• Update stock movements in the inventory system (ERP/WMS) or stock cards on a timely basis.
• Perform daily stock checks, cycle counts, and support periodic stock takes.
• Investigate and help resolve stock variances.
• Keep the store clean, organised, and compliant with 5S and safety standards.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., hand pallet truck, forklift) if licensed and authorised.
• Prepare basic stock and movement reports when requested.

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in store or warehouse operations (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock documentation.
• Able to use MS Excel and inventory or ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Able to read and write basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid forklift license is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift items as required.
• Detail-oriented, organised, honest, and a good team player.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
