Continuous Security Monitoring Execute 24/7
- Continuous monitoring of security events across enterprise infrastructure using SIEM platforms.
- Analyze correlated security alerts to identify active threats, suspicious behaviors, and false positives.
- Maintain baseline awareness of system traffic patterns and flag anomalous volume or connection spikes.

Incident Triage & Tier-2 Escalation Perform
- Initial investigation and scope analysis for confirmed security events and policy violations.
- Document comprehensive triage findings, context, and impact assessments within incident tracking tickets.
- Escalate complex or high-severity threats to L2 SOC Analysts, Incident Response, or Engineering units.

Threat Detection & Intelligence Utilization Detect
- Anomalies across host processes, authentication streams, and enterprise network traffic.
- Utilize threat intelligence feeds and known Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) for targeted environment queries.

Log Lifecycle & Compliance Management
- Collect, parse, and validate ingestion from multi-vendor sources (firewalls, EDR, identity providers).
- Support compliance-mandated log retention requirements and assist with routine security audit reviews.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
