About The Job.

You will lead daily operations at a core manufacturing facility, driving operational efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee site operations to achieve key performance targets while upholding strict food safety standards.
• Lead facility maintenance strategies to optimize equipment efficiency and minimize operational downtime.
• Drive productivity improvements, manage cost control measures, and direct strategic CAPEX planning.
• Direct site expansion, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement projects to support business growth.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the site team to build strong operational capabilities.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or an equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within manufacturing, preferably in food processing or milling.
• Demonstrated capability in continuous improvement, cost control, and managing capital expenditure.
• Practical understanding of facility maintenance, operational safety, and quality regulatory compliance.
• Proven team leadership capabilities with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with regional clients.
