About the Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Quality Manager to lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor healthcare service standards, and support continuous improvement across operational processes. The role will work closely with healthcare teams, management, and relevant stakeholders to promote safe, effective, and consistent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement healthcare quality improvement programs.
- Monitor quality indicators, service performance, and operational standards.
- Conduct quality reviews, audits, and process assessments.
- Identify quality gaps and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
- Support compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and requirements.
- Work with clinical and operational teams to improve processes and patient service.
- Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate quality improvement projects and track implementation progress.
- Support staff training and awareness initiatives related to quality and compliance.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend relevant improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Health Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in healthcare quality, clinical governance, healthcare operations, or quality management.
- Strong understanding of quality improvement and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant quality management systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare accreditation or quality standards is an advantage.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
