Responsibilities

·      Lead and manage end-to-end market research projects for international clients across various industries.

·      Coordinate and communicate with clients,stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

·      Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, competitor analysis, industry trend analysis, and business intelligence studies.

·      Develop research proposals, project timelines,methodologies, and client presentations/reports.

·      Manage project schedules, deliverables,budgets, and operational processes to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business development and partnerships.

·      Support strategic decision-making by providing critical market insights and actionable recommendations.

·      Ensure compliance with company standards,client requirements, and relevant industry regulations.

·      Mentor and coordinate with junior researchers and project members where required.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

·      Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Market Research, Consulting, Project Management in market research department or agencies.

·      Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese

·      Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory to support communication and coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.

·      Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
