Our client is expanding their team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in the financial services industry.

Main responsibilities

• Developing new client relationships through prospecting and business development
• Providing banking and wealth solutions aligned with client objectives
• Maintaining ongoing client relationships and portfolio reviews
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Participating in training, mentoring, and professional development programs

Who we're looking for

• Minimum A-Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in financial services
• Comfortable with client-facing work, including prospecting and relationship building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working towards performance targets
• Mid-career candidates and career switchers are welcome
• Relevant financial-services experience is an advantage, but not essential
