岗位职责
TheServices required are set out as follows:
Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities, and common areas.
Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works.
Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory
Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved.
Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services.
Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback.
Perform minor ad-hoc repair works when required within school premises
Security control at the school foyer during school days and events.
Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders
The Personnel shall minimally have the following skills and experience:
§ At least 3 years of working experience in school operations.
§ Physically fit and healthy
§ Able to multi-task
§ Good team player
§ Able to converse in English and good inter-personal skills
