· Safety Management: Site supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel by implementing and enforcing safety protocols, addressing potential hazards, and providing safety training.

· Coordination: They act as a central point of communication, coordinating between different teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and effective collaboration.
