Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing of goods.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accurate quantity and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock transactions are updated in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure materials and finished goods are properly stored, labelled and organized.
• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor their work performance.
• Coordinate with production, planning and other departments to ensure timely material supply and delivery.
• Monitor stock movement and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods or stock shortages.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and prepare operational reports when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and space utilization.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or stock management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse staff is preferred.
• Familiar with inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate daily warehouse activities and work effectively with different departments.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
