Duties:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation and personnel file management.

• Support the full recruitment and employee lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding.

• Coordinate learning and development activities, training administration and employee engagement initiatives.

• Assist with payroll administration, including preparing payroll inputs and verifying payroll information.

• Administer HR systems, employee benefits, leave records, attendance tracking and other HR-related processes.

• Coordinate new hire orientations, work pass applications and renewals, where applicable.

• Liaise with external vendors and service providers on employee-related services and HR administrative matters.

• Support staff activities, meetings, HR projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
