About the Role
The Senior Brand Marketing Executive is a high-autonomy, "Full-Stack" role. You are the lead tactical executor and process owner for your assigned brands. This role is built for a seasoned professional who can function as a Solo Custodian—capable of drafting their own execution briefs, managing complex vendor relationships, and delivering error-free results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Execution & Briefing
- Strategic Rollout: Independently lead the end-to-end execution of all campaigns. You are expected to draft actionable briefs for HOD approval rather than just following instructions.
- Quality Governance: Act as the final gatekeeper for brand image. Ensure impeccable QA/QC across all social, print, and digital outputs.
- Project Flow: Manage the marketing process from initial briefing to final post-mortem reporting, ensuring every step is data-informed.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Independent Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners (agencies, photographers, printers). Negotiate costs and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Logistics Mastery: Independently manage the logistical requirements for high-pressure events, media tastings, and nightlife activations.
- Internal Coordination: Work directly with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure marketing plans are logistically feasible and operationally supported.
Professionalism & Accountability (Ownership Mandate)
- Non-Handheld Ownership: Own your brands completely. Pre-empt problems and present solutions to the HOD before they escalate.
- Data Reporting: Prepare and present high-quality campaign analysis for WIP meetings.
- Mentorship: Set a standard of excellence for Junior Executives and provide guidance when necessary.
Working Hours & Flexibility
- Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Operational Flexibility: Due to the nature of F&B and Nightlife, the employee must be flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, or irregular hours when necessary.
- Adjusted Event Hours (Nightlife Focus): If required to be present for events (e.g., in a bar/club) or marketing shoots/activities outside the office, the following protocols apply:
- You are advised to be on-site for 1-2 hours to ensure work is done (e.g., event set-up, media checks).
- You must inform the HOD of your activity through the right communication channels.
- You are eligible to report to the office the next working day with adjusted hours, from 3:00 pm till 7:00 pm. based on prior agreements with HOD on a case-to-case basis.
