Marketing Manager, Exhibitions, Events & Conferences

Singapore | Full-time

Our client is a leading regional organiser of B2B trade exhibitions within the professional audiovisual, integrated experience and emerging-technology sectors.

They are seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager, Exhibitions, Events & Conferences to lead exhibitor marketing, hosted-buyer acquisition and exhibitor–buyer matchmaking initiatives across a portfolio of major Asian trade shows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver year-round exhibitor marketing campaigns to support recruitment, retention and rebooking.
• Generate qualified leads and develop sales collateral, ROI case studies and exhibitor communications.
• Lead hosted and high-value buyer recruitment, qualification, communications and onsite experience.
• Manage buyer–exhibitor matchmaking and guaranteed-meeting programmes.
• Track buyer pipelines, attendance, meeting completion, campaign performance and exhibitor ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, agencies and international teams.
• Manage external suppliers, buyer-acquisition agencies and programme budgets.

What we’re looking for

• 5–8 years’ experience in B2B marketing, exhibitions, events, buyer acquisition or sales support.
• Experience with hosted-buyer, delegate-acquisition or matchmaking programmes is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confidence using CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.
• Highly organised, results-oriented and comfortable managing multiple regional projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
