Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Be part of exciting new projects, systems launches and enhancements: from testing to implementation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate with different teams, and help prepare project documentation.
- Assist in setting up promotional campaigns, fares and online booking channels for our travel platforms.
- Gain hands-on exposure to leading travel technology platforms, including reservation systems, CRM tools and property management systems. Training will be provided.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a diploma in Business, IT, Hospitality Management, or Tourism/Resort Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Prior experience in using creative applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools would be good, but not mandatory.
- Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with data.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
