Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Operations Coordinator with experience in the cleaning industry. You will be responsible for daily worker deployment, scheduling, site monitoring, and ground operations. This is a field/site coordination role, focusing on team management and ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Worker Deployment & Scheduling: Plan and handle daily shift rosters, assign cleaning staff to various client sites, and manage last-minute worker replacements/coverage.

Hands-on & Ground Support: Perform site visits to monitor service quality, guide ground workers, and step in hands-on when necessary to ensure tasks are completed.

Attendance & Site Tracking: Record daily worker attendance and simple turnout logs in Excel/system.

Communication & Ground Support: Act as the main contact person for cleaning workers, resolve ground issues, and maintain site discipline.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior hands-on operations or supervisory experience in the cleaning industry is required.

Skills: Strong ground coordination skills, adaptable, physically fit, and able to handle ground workers effectively.

PC Knowledge: Basic skills to operate phone messaging/apps and simple Excel attendance logging.

Working Hours & Salary:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary Range: $2,500 – $2,700 (Depending on experience)

Location: Office / Various Client Sites
