Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Good organisational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, but not required.

Prepare order forms, source and obtain quotations from suppliers and service providers.

Liaise and follow up with suppliers to confirm order details, availability and delivery to make sure orders are received in a timely manner.

Verify goods received and report any discrepancies or rejects from QC.

Manage and maintain records of company maintenance schedules to ensure servicing is completed on time.

Coordinate with relevant department and users to arrange maintenance and repair requirements.

Contact and liaise with supplier and service providers to arrange repair, servicing and maintenance work.
