Experience in F&B as a Supervisor / Team Leader

Japanese restaurant experience is an advantage

Good leadership and communication skills

Responsible, proactive and able to solve problems independently

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Comfortable working in a Non-Halal restaurant environment

Supervise daily restaurant operations

Lead and guide the service team

Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience

Handle staff scheduling and daily manpower arrangement

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene & SOP compliance

Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
