Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing FMCG team in Klang Valley.

The ideal candidate has experience in the FMCG industry and is responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), wholesalers, distributors, or key retail accounts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain, service, and grow sales with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business accounts to expand market coverage.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle day-to-day sales administration, including order processing and customer follow-ups.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide market feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers/dealers.
• Experience in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), wholesalers, distributors, or retail account management.
• Existing network of MT and GT customers in Klang Valley is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
