Prepare and bake a variety of cookies, cakes, breads and/or buns, according to recipes and production standards. Depending on your role (determined after the interview), you will perform mixing, fermentation, proofing, baking temperatures, and baking times. Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, and quality of all products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of cookies, cakes, breads, buns etc according to recipes and production standards
• Prepare and handle ingredients, dough, batters, fillings, creams, and toppings
• Monitor mixing, fermentation, proofing, baking temperatures, and baking times
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, appearance, and quality of all products
• Follow daily production schedules and complete orders on time
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage
• Assist with packaging, labeling, storage, and general bakery operations

About you

• Relevant bakery experience
• Good knowledge of baking techniques, raw materials for baking, and food safety/hygiene
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about quality and consistency
• Willing to work in a fast-paced bakery environment

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
