About the Job

Location: First Avenue, Petaling Jaya

Employment Term: 12 Month Contract under Manpower Malaysia

Salary: RM10,000 - RM14,000 (Based on experience and competency)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and administer enterprise endpoint environments utilizing Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms, including JAMF for macOS and VMware Workspace ONE for Windows and mobile devices.
• Support, maintain, and optimize cybersecurity solutions such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Zscaler Internet Security, and other enterprise security platforms.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident management, service requests, problem management, and change management activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and remediation initiatives to strengthen the overall cybersecurity posture.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technology and security-related issues.
• Utilize Generative AI and productivity tools to enhance operational effectiveness, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery.
• Lead and support cybersecurity and technology projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment stabilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by aligning operational processes with cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practices.
• Support security governance activities through the application of frameworks and methodologies such as MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Benchmarks, and vulnerability management practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge repositories to support operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Enterprise Information Security, IT Security, or Cybersecurity Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Zscaler Internet Security, or similar cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms, including JAMF and VMware Workspace ONE.
• Experience managing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, request, and change management.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, governance frameworks, and security best practices, including MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Benchmarks, and vulnerability management.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to independently drive initiatives and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar solutions to improve productivity and operational outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
